At 3D Flight Lab, all products are made for advanced engineering, prototyping, and experimental use.

Because of the nature of our products, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@3dflightlab.com with:

Once the issue is verified, we will provide instructions for a return or replacement.

We accept exchanges for defective products only.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

We do not accept returns for:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
